Heavy material
Dirt, concrete, brick, tile, and roofing are dense — a small pile can max out the truck's weight limit. Those get a separate flat quote so you're not overpaying for volume you didn't use.

Specialty items
A piano, a hot tub, or a full estate cleanout take extra crew, tools, or multiple loads, so we quote those on the specifics. Everything else prices straight off the ladder.
