Pricing

What it costs.

How much does junk removal cost in Lone Tree?

It's flat and based on how much space your stuff fills in the truck — from $95 for a single item, about $249 for a quarter load, $429 for a half, $599 for three-quarters, up to $795 for a full truck. You get the exact number before we load. See the full pricing breakdown.

Why flat pricing instead of hourly?

Because hourly punishes you for stairs, tight gates, and a slow day. We price by the space your junk takes in the truck, so you know the number up front and a tricky carry never runs up the meter.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you're quoted is all-in — labor, hauling, and disposal. The only thing quoted separately is heavy material like dirt, concrete, and tile, which is priced by weight since it maxes out the truck fast.

How do I pay?

Card or cash on the day, once the work's done and you're happy. No deposit to book.

Scheduling

Timing & same-day.

Can you come today?

Usually, yes. We're based in Lone Tree and run seven days a week — call or text before noon and we can often be there the same afternoon.

How does it work — do I need an appointment?

Text a photo or describe what you've got and we'll give you a flat price and a window. Book it, and our crew shows up, does the lifting, and hauls it off. That's it.

Do I have to be home?

Not for curbside, garage, or outdoor items — point us to it and pay by card over the phone. For inside jobs it's easiest if someone can let us in.

What we take

If it fits, it's gone.

What do you take?

Almost everything — furniture and mattresses, appliances and fridges, TVs and electronics, hot tubs, yard waste, construction debris, and whole garage, basement, and estate cleanouts.

Do you take single items or only big loads?

Both. One couch or a whole houseful — same crew, same flat pricing. A single item starts at $95.

Can you handle a full cleanout?

Yes — garages, basements, estates, storage units, hoarding situations, and rental turnovers. Big, packed spaces may run multiple loads; we'll tell you the flat number up front.

What we can't take

The hazardous handful.

What can't go in the truck?

By law, hazardous materials — wet paint, chemicals and solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, and ammunition. Everything else is fair game. Here's exactly where the restricted items go: our Douglas County disposal guide.

What about paint and chemicals?

Leftover paint goes through Colorado PaintCare drop-offs; household chemicals go through the county's hazardous-waste program. The disposal guide maps each one.

Do you take TVs and electronics?

Yes — we haul TVs, monitors, and electronics and route them to e-waste recycling. If you'd rather drop them yourself, Douglas County recycles electronics free for residents; see our recycling & donation directory.

Service area & where it goes

Local, and responsible.

What areas do you serve?

Lone Tree is home base, and we cover the south metro — Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Parker, Littleton, Greenwood Village, and Englewood. See all areas.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed and insured, so your home and property are covered from the moment we arrive.

What happens to my stuff after you haul it?

We donate and recycle the majority of every load — usable goods to local charities, metal and appliances to recyclers, electronics to e-waste. Only true trash hits the landfill. See where your junk goes.
